Various lysates (LNCaP, Raji, Jurkat, MOLT-4, human peripheral blood platelets, pig brain, rabbit brain, rat brain, mouse brain) were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with (Product # 67968-1-IG150UL) (Flotillin 1 antibody) at dilution of 1:20,000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
