DLG5 Antibody (A302-301A-T) in IP
Detection of human DLG5 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DLG5 antibody (Product # A302-301A) used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. DLG5 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DLG5 antibody A302-302A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated DLG5, A302-302A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
