DCP1B Antibody (A303-640A-T) in IP
Detection of human DCP1B by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DCP1B antibody (Product # A303-640A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. DCP1B was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DCP1B antibody A303-641A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated DCP1B, A303-640A was used at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
