Immunofluorescent analysis of ABCA1 in HeLa cells using an ABCA1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-32129) at a dilution of 1:100 (green). Alpha-Tubulin antibody was tested at a 1:500 dilution using a Mouse IgG secondary antibody at 1:1000 (red). Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
