Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Rat adrenal gland; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with ADCY1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-3681R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, DAB staining.

ADCY1 belongs to the adenylyl cyclase class-4/guanylyl cyclase family. It is a calmodulin-sensitive adenylyl cyclase. ADCY1 may be involved in regulatory processes in the central nervous system. It may play a role in memory acquisition and learning.
