ADORA2A Antibody (PA5-142203) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of ADORA2A in HepG2 cells using ADORA2A Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142203). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, and incubated with the primary antibody for 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).

Target Information
ADORA2A is a protein which is one of several receptor subtypes for adenosine. The activity of the encoded protein, a G-protein coupled receptor family member, is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylyl cyclase. This protein is abundant in basal ganglia, vasculature and platelets and it is a major target of caffeine.
