Reactivity of AHB 2 antibodies to recombinant AHB 1 and AHB 2 ng of recombinant Arabidopsis thaliana AHB 1 and AHB 2 are indicated on a blot. The SDS gels are 15% acrylamide (28:1 acrylamide: bis-acrylamide). Transfer to PVDF occurred at 100 m Amp per gel for 90 minutes. Blocking solution was "blotto" (2.5% (w/v) non-fat dry milk dissolved in TBST (TBS + 0.05% Tween-20)). Blocking occurred for 15 minutes. Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
