AP2A2 Antibody (PA5-112102) in WB
Western Blot analysis of AP2A2 using AP2A2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112102) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: HepG2 whole cell lysate, Lane B: HeLa whole cell lysate, Lane C: Jurkat whole cell lysate, Lane D: A431 whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight 800) at a 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique and performed under reducing conditions Predicted band size: 104 kDa. Observed band size: 120 kDa.

Target Information
Adaptins are components of the adaptor complexes which link clathrin to receptors in coated vesicles. Clathrin-associated protein complexes are believed to interact with the cytoplasmic tails of membrane proteins, leading to their selection and concentration. Alpha adaptin is a subunit of the plasma membrane adaptor. It binds polyphosphoinositides.
