Western blot detection of APC10 in 20µg of HeLa whole cell lysate (lane 1) and nuclear lysate (lane 2). Samples were loaded onto a 10% SDS-PAGE gel and probed using an APC10 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-31765) at a dilution of 1:500. Primary antibody was reacted with the membrane at room temperature for 1 hr. After subsequent washing, a 1:2000 dilution of HRP conjugated Goat-anti-Rabbit IgG was used for visualization. Exposure time was 5 min. The expected molecular weight of human APC10 is 21 kDa.
