APOBEC2 Antibody (PA5-78370) in WB
APOBEC2 Polyclonal Antibody detects APOBEC2 protein by western blot analysis. Various mouse tissue extracts (50 µg) were separated by 12 % SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with APOBEC2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78370) at a dilution of 1:1,000.

Target Information
APOBEC2 belongs to the cytidine and deoxycytidylate deaminase family. It is probable C to U editing enzyme whose physiological substrate is not yet known. It does not display detectable apoB mRNA editing and has a low intrinsic cytidine deaminase activity.
