ATP6V0A2 Antibody (PA5-85284) in WB
Western Blot analysis of ATP6V0A2 was performed by separating 30 µg of non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts by 5% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a ATP6V0A2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85284) at a dilution of 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Target Information
The multisubunit vacuolar-type proton pump (H(+)-ATPase or V-ATPase) is essential for acidification of diverse cellular components, including endosomes, lysosomes, clathrin-coated vesicles, secretory vesicles, and chromaffin granules, and it is found at high density in the plasma membrane of certain specialized cells. H(+)-ATPases are comprised of a peripheral V(1) domain and an integral membrane V(0) domain; ATP6V0A2 is a component of the V(0) domain.
