ArfGAP2 Antibody (A302-030A) in IP
Detection of human ArfGAP2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ArfGAP2 antibody (Product # A302-030A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. ArfGAP2 was unsuccessfully immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ArfGAP2 antibody A302-031A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated ArfGAP2, A302-031A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
