Immunofluorescent analysis of B-Raf (K601E Mutant) in WT transfected and mutant transfected 293T cells. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: B-Raf (K601E Mutant) stained by B-Raf (K601E Mutant) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143383) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.
