BORG5 Antibody (A302-382A) in WB
Detection of human BORG5 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and HEK293T (T; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BORG5 antibody (Product # A302-382A) used for WB at 0.04 µg/mL (A) and 0.4 µg/mL (B) and used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. BORG5 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-BORG5 antibody A302-381A, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 seconds (A and B).

Target Information
CDC42 is a member of the Rho GTPase family that regulates multiple cellular activities, including actin polymerization. The protein encoded by this gene is a CDC42 binding protein that mediates actin cytoskeleton reorganization at the plasma membrane. This protein is secreted and is primarily found in bone marrow.
