Western blot analysis of OXR1 in Lane 1: human 293T cell lysate, Lane 2: human HepG2 cell lysate, Lane 3: human A549 cell lysate, Lane 4: rat liver tissue lysate, Lane 5: mouse small intestine tissue lysate using 50 µg (reducing conditions) per well.
