CAPZB Antibody (A304-734A) in WB
Detection of human and mouse CAPZB by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAPZB antibody (Product # A304-734A) (lot A304-734A-1) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Target Information
CAPZB is a member of the F-actin capping protein family. This gene encodes the beta subunit of the barbed-end actin binding protein. The protein regulates growth of the actin filament by capping the barbed end of growing actin filaments.
