CARTPT Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) — Immunohistochemical staining of CARTPT in human adrenal gland and pancreas tissues using CARTPT Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-61203). Corresponding CARTPT RNA-seq data are presented for the same tissues.

CARTPT Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of CARTPT in control (vector only transfected HEK293T lysate) and CARTPT over-expression lysate (Co-expressed with a C-terminal myc-DDK tag (~3.1 kDa) in mammalian HEK293T cells). Samples were probed using a CARTPT Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-61203).

CARTPT Antibody — Relative expression in different tissues in IHC: Detection of differential expression levels of CARTPT demonstrates antibody specificity. Immunohistochemical analysis of CARTPT using anti-CARTPT Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-61203), shows significant staining of CARTPT in human adrenal gland and shows minimal or weak staining in human pancreas tissues.
