CCL26 Signal peptide Antibody (BS-10409R) in IHC (P)
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded rat bladder; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20min; Antibody incubation with , Unconjugated (bs-10409R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary and DAB staining.

Target Information
Eotaxin-3 is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family that is also called CCL26, Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 26. Chemokines play pivotal roles in health and disease by controlling migration and tissue localization of specific types of cells expressing their cognate receptors. Eotaxin-3 is chemotactic for eosinophils and basophils and elicits its effects by binding to the cell surface chemokine receptor CCR3. It is expressed by several tissues including heart, lung and ovary, and in endothelial cells that have been stimulated with the cytokine interleukin 4. This gene for chemokine is located on human chromosome 7. Eotaxin-3 induced migration of eosinophils and basophils only at a 10-fold higher concentration than eotaxin.
