PA1-29771 detects CCR4 from mouse samples.
PA1-29771 has been successfully used in flow cytometry, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry (paraffin tissue), and Western blot applications. A suggested positive control for this product is mouse spleen cells.
The PA1-29771 immunogen is a synthetic peptide (DTTQDETVYNSYYFYESMPC) corresponding to amino acids 8-26 of Mouse CCR4.
Receptors for the C-C chemokine family include CCR-1, CCR-2A, CCR-3, CCR-4, CCR-5 and the Duffy blood group antigen. The C-C receptors are important in the function of T cell chemotaxis and migration of phagocytic cells to sites of inflammation.
