CD160 Antibody (PA5-101289) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of CD160 in A549 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with CD160 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101289) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Target Information
CD160 is a receptor showing broad specificity for both classical and non-classical MHC class I molecules. CD160 is expressed at the cell surface as a tightly disulfide-linked multimer. It is involved in cell proliferation, cell surface receptor signaling pathways, cellular defense response, and regulation of immune response.
