Western blot analysis of CD300b in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with CD300b Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-120746) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.

Target Information
CD300 molecule-like family member b (CD300LB), also known as CLM-7, is a gene located on chromosome 17q25.1, encoding an immunoreceptor that belongs to the CD300 family of molecules. CD300LB is primarily expressed on the surface of myeloid cells, including dendritic cells and macrophages, where it plays an essential role in modulating immune responses.
