Target Information
CD300 molecule-like family member b (CD300LB), also known as CLM-7, is a gene located on chromosome 17q25.1, encoding an immunoreceptor that belongs to the CD300 family of molecules. CD300LB is primarily expressed on the surface of myeloid cells, including dendritic cells and macrophages, where it plays an essential role in modulating immune responses. The receptor is involved in the regulation of cell activation and inflammatory responses through its interactions with phosphatidylserine and other lipid ligands, which can lead to either activation or inhibition of immune cell functions.
