CD300g Antibody (PA5-47755) in WB
Western blot analysis of CD300g in mouse kidney tissue. Samples were incubated in CD300g polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47755) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for CD300g/Nepmucin at approximately 60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

CD300g, also known as Immunoglobulin-like Transcripts 4 (ILT4) or CMRF35-like molecule 1 (CLM-1), is a gene located on chromosome 17q25.1, encoding a member of the CD300 family of molecules involved in modulating immune responses.
