Invitrogen
This antibody recognizes canine CD3 epsilon and CD8 cell surface antigens. Clone CA17.2A12 is a FITC-conjugated mouse IgG1 that recognizes canine CD3, a T cell differentiation antigen expressed on mature T lymphocytes. Clone YCATE 55.9 is an RPE-conjugated Rat IgG1 that recognizes canine CD8 epsilon, which is expressed by cytotoxic T cells. YCATE 55.9 binds to CD8 alpha.
Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4ºC in the dark.
For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 µL.
