CD64 Antibody (PA5-24855) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of CD64 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded brain tissue. Samples were incubated with CD64 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-24855) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

CD64 (FCGR1A) encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. CD64 is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor and is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. CD64 plays an important role in the immune response and its dysfunction has been studied in cervical adenitis and tetrasomy 21.
