CDK7 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of CDK7 by a CDK7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-82321). Lane 1: Marker [kDa] 250, 130, 95, 72, 55, 36, 28, 17, 10 Lane 2: Negative control (vector only transfected HEK293T lysate) Lane 3: Over-expression lysate (Co-expressed with a C-terminal myc-DDK tag (~3.1 kDa) in mammalian HEK293T cells, LY419742).

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the RecQ DEAH helicase family and interacts with the BRCT repeats of breast cancer, type 1 (BRCA1). The bound complex is important in the normal double-strand break repair function of breast cancer, type 1 (BRCA1). This gene may be a target of germline cancer-inducing mutations.
