Immunohistochemistry analysis of CEP250 on paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue using CEP250 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-68141) at dilution 1:200 (4°C overnight). Tris-EDTA, pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval. Secondary at dilution 1:200 (room temperature, 30 min).
