FSHB Antibody (CF501623) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY FSHB (RC214616, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-FSHB. Positive lysates LY400397 (100 µg) and LC400397 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, we strongly recommend performing another round of desalting. (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7KMWCO, 0.5 mL, Product # 89882)
Target Information
Follicle-stimulatine hormone (FSH) is a member of the glycoprotein hormone family. Members of this family consist of an identical alpha subunit and a hormone-specific beta subunit. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding the same protein. FSH is secreted by gonadotropic cells in the pituitary gland and in conjunction with luteinizing hormone, induces egg and sperm production.
