ESRRA Antibody (CF809112) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ESRRA (RC209028, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ESRRA. Positive lysates LY417978 (100 µg) and LC417978 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, we strongly recommend performing another round of desalting. (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7KMWCO, 0.5 mL, Product # 89882)
Target Information
Estrogen-related receptor alpha 1 (ERR alpha, ERR1) is an orphan member of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily. All the ERR family members share an almost identical DNA-binding domain, which has 68% amino acid identity with that of estrogen receptor. This protein binds to an ERR-alpha response element (ERRE) containing a single consensus half-site, 5'-tnaaggtca-3' can bind to the medium-chain acyl coenzyme a dehydrogenase (mcad) response element nrre-1 and may act as an important regulator of mcad promoter. Studies have shown that ERR1 functions a metabolic regulator and is often expressed in tissues that preferentially metabolize fatty acids. The corresponding gene for the ERR1 is NR3B1.
