CITED2 Polyclonal Antibody detects CITED2 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: CITED2 protein stained by CITED2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85562) diluted at 1:1,000. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene inhibits transactivation of HIF1A-induced genes by competing with binding of HIF1a to p300-CH1. Mutations in this gene are a cause of cardiac septal defects. Three transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
