CK1 delta Antibody (PA5-32129) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry (Confocal immunofluorescence) of CK1 delta in paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa. Samples were incubated with CK1 delta polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-32129) using a dilution of 1:500 (green). Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with alpha Tubulin monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-25054) (Red) at 1:2,000.

Target Information
CSNK1D (CK1 delta), a serine/threonine kinase, plays a critical role in Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway. This pathway is important in both development and cancer. The encoded protein may also be involved in the regulation of apoptosis, circadian rhythm, microtubule dynamics, chromosome segregation, and p53-mediated effects on growth. The encoded protein is highly similar to the mouse and rat CK1 delta homologs. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for CK1 delta.
