IL-7 Antibody (CL405-65281) in Flow
1x10^6 LPS and Brefeldin A treated human PBMCs were intracellularly stained with 0.2 µg CoraLite® Plus 405 Anti-Human IL-7 (CL405-65281, Clone: 1C11B11) (red) or Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (blue), or unactivated and Brefeldin A treated human PBMCs were intracellularly stained with 0.2 µg CoraLite® Plus 405 Anti-Human IL-7 (CL405-65281, Clone: 1C11B11) (black, dashed line). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). Monocytes were gated.

Target Information
Interleukin 7 (IL-7) is a hematopoietic cytokine that is constitutively produced by stromal cells from the bone marrow and thymus. IL-7 signals through the IL-7R to promote the differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells to lymphoid precursor cells, which give rise to T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells.
