Myoglobin Antibody (CL488-66205) in Flow
1x10^6 C2C12 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 µg CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human Myoglobin (CL488-66205, Clone: 1A4F7) (red), or 0.8 µg Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the globin superfamily and is expressed in skeletal and cardiac muscles. The encoded protein is a hemoprotein contributing to intracellular oxygen storage and transcellular facilitated diffusion of oxygen. At least three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been reported.
