DNASE1L3 Antibody (CL59467041100UL) in Flow
1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 µg CoraLite 594 Anti-Human DNASE1L3 (Product # CL59467041100UL), Clone:1A4D4) (red), or 0.4 µg Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (CL594-66360-2, Clone: K11A1B2A2) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the DNase family. The protein hydrolyzes DNA, is not inhibited by actin, and mediates the breakdown of DNA during apoptosis. Alternate transcriptional splice variants of this gene have been observed but have not been thoroughly characterized.
