CD134/OX40 Antibody (CL647-65136) in Flow
1X10^6 unstimulated or Con A-stimulated (3 µg/mL, 2 days) BALB/c mouse splenocytes were surface stained with CoraLite488 Anti-Mouse CD3 (CL488-65077, Clone: 17A2) and 0.25 µg CoraLite Plus 647 Anti-Mouse CD134 (CL647-65136, Clone: OX-86). Cells were not fixed.

OX40 is a protein receptor found on the surface of T cells, a type of white blood cell that plays a crucial role in the immune system. When activated, OX40 promotes the proliferation and survival of T cells, leading to a stronger immune response against cancer cells and infectious agents.
