TSG101 Antibody (CL647-67381) in Flow
1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 µg CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human TSG101 (CL647-67381, Clone:2B7G8) (red), or 0.2 µg isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Target Information
TSG101-4A10 recognizes TSG101 protein, the product of a recently identified Tumor Susceptibility Gene whose inactivation in mouse fibroblasts results in cell transformation and the ability of those cells to form tumors in nude mice. The TSG101 gene encodes a 46 kDa protein and contains a proline-rich domain and a leucine-zipper motif within a coiled-coil domain near the carboxyl terminus.
