CNDP2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of CNDP2 in Lane A: 293T Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg). Samples were probed using a CNDP2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81361) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:10000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:53 kDa. Observed band size:53 kDa.

CNDP2 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — CNDP2 was immunoprecipitated using: Lane A: 0.5 mg 293T Whole Cell Lysate, 0.5 µL of CNDP2 Polyclonal Antibody and 15 µL of 50% Protein G agarose. Primary Antibody: CNDP2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81361), at 1:1000 dilution. Secondary Antibody: Clean-Blot IP Detection Reagent (HRP) at 1:1000 dilution. Immunoprecipitation was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 53 kDa. Observed band size: 53 kDa.
