CPZ Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of CPZ in A549 cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C) incubated with CPZ polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103708) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 at a dilution of 1:600.

CPZ Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of CPZ in HepG2 cell lysate. Samples were incubated with CPZ polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103708).

Target Information

CPZ is a member of the metallocarboxypeptidase family. This enzyme displays carboxypeptidase activity towards substrates with basic C-terminal residues. It is most active at neutral pH and is inhibited by active site-directed inhibitors of metallocarboxypeptidases.
