CRF Antibody (BS-0382R) in IHC (P)
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded mouse brain; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20min; Antibody incubation with CRF Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0382R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary and DAB staining.

Target Information
Corticotropin Releasing Factor (CRF), a 41 amino acids neuropeptide, belongs to a family of structurally related peptides including urocortin, sauvagine and urotensin I. CRF is critical in the regulation of the pituitary-adrenal gland axis, and in endocrine, autonomic and behavioral responses to stress. CRF is widely distributed in the brain and peripheral nervous system with the highest levels in the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus.
