CSF2RB Antibody (MA5-60752) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of CSF2RB in A549 cells. Samples were incubated with CSF2RB Recombinant Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-60752) using a dilution of 1:100 followed by FITC-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG(H+L). Counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C.

The protein encoded by this gene is the common beta chain of the high affinity receptor for IL-3, IL-5 and CSF. Defects in this gene have been reported to be associated with protein alveolar proteinosis (PAP).
