CTCFL Antibody (PA5-97639) in WB
Western Blot analysis of CTCFL using a CTCFL Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97639) at a concentration of 6 µg/mL. Positive WB detected in Hela whole cell lysate. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:10,000 dilution. Observed band size: 74 kDa.

Target Information
CTCFL is a paralog of CTCF and appears to be expressed primarily in the cytoplasm of spermatocytes. CTCFL is normally expressed in a mutually exclusive pattern that correlates with resetting of methylation marks during male germ cell differentiation.
