CTRP2 Antibody (BS-12934R) in IHC (P)
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded human brain glioma; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20min; Antibody incubation with CTRP2 Polyclonal Antibody (bs-12934R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a SP kit and DAB staining.

Target Information
CTRP2, also known as adiponectin C1q and collagen domain-containing protein 2, is a protein that belongs to the C1q/TNF-related protein family. It is expressed in various tissues, including adipose tissue, skeletal muscle, and the heart, and is involved in the regulation of energy metabolism and insulin sensitivity. CTRP2 has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and cardioprotective effects.
