Neutralization of CXCL3 in BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with human CXCR2. Samples were incubated in CXCL3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47704). In direct ELISAs, greater than 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat (rr) CINC-1, rrCINC-2 beta, and rrCINC-3 is observed, less than 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) KC, rmMIP-2, recombinant human (rh) GRO alpha, rhGRO beta, and rhGRO gamma is observed, and less than 10% cross-reactivity with rhIL-8 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
CXCL3 may play a role in inflammation and exert its effects on endothelial cells in an autocrine fashion. All three isoforms of GRO are CXC chemokines that can signal through the CXCR1 or CXCR2 receptors. The GRO proteins chemoattract and activate neutrophils and basophils.
