Immunohistochemical analysis of Collagen IV in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human kidney (left) and glomeruli and liver (right) with strong staining in sinusoids using a Collagen IV polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-28534) at a dilution of 1:400 for 45 min at room temperature. Slides were steamed in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, at 99-100°C for 20 minutes for antigen retrieval.
