DAP5 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of DAP5 in A-431 cells transfected with control siRNA, target specific siRNA probe #1, using a DAP5 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-52345). Remaining relative intensity is presented. Loading control: Anti-GAPDH.

DAP5 Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by siRNA mediated knockdown of target protein. A-431 cells were transfected with, control siRNA, DAP5 siRNA probe #1, and a decrease in signal intensity was observed in Western Blot application using Anti-DAP5 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-52345) used at a dilution of 0.4 µg/mL. Target Information

CDK5RAP2 is a regulator of CDK5 (cyclin-dependent kinase 5) activity. The protein is localized to the centrosome and Golgi complex and interacts with CDK5R1 and pericentrin (PCNT). CDK5RAP2 plays a role in centriole engagement and microtubule nucleation, and has been linked to primary microcephaly and Alzheimer's disease. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
