DCUN1D4 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) — Immunohistochemical staining of DCUN1D4 in human testis tissue shows strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity in cells in seminiferus ducts. Samples were probed using a DCUN1D4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-57681).

DCUN1D4 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of DCUN1D4 in U-251MG cells transfected with control siRNA, target specific siRNA probe #1 and #2, using a DCUN1D4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-57681). Remaining relative intensity is presented. Loading control: Anti-GAPDH.

DCUN1D4 Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by siRNA mediated knockdown of target protein. U-251MG cells were transfected with, control siRNA, DCUN1D4 siRNA probe #1, and DCUN1D4 siRNA probe #2 and a decrease in signal intensity was observed in Western Blot application using Anti-DCUN1D4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-57681) used at a dilution of 0.4 µg/ml.
