DDAH1 Antibody (PA5-95366) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of DDAH1 using anti-DDAH1 antibody (Product # PA5-95366). DDAH1 was detected in a section of U2OS cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 2μg/mL rabbit anti-DDAH1 antibody (Product # PA5-95366)overnight at 4°C. Target Information
This gene belongs to the dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase (DDAH) gene family. The encoded enzyme plays a role in nitric oxide generation by regulating cellular concentrations of methylarginines, which in turn inhibit nitric oxide synthase activity.
