          DLL1 Antibody (PA5-19106) in ICC/IF

Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, using a Polyclonal DLL1 Antibody (Product # PA5-19106). Primary incubation 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing cytoplasmic/membrane staining. Actin filaments were stained with phalloidin (red) and the nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL). {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

          Product Specific Information

This antibody is predicted to react with human based on sequence homology.

This antibody is tested in Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 16,000.

          Target Information

Delta-like protein 1 (DLL1) is a transmembrane protein characterized by epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like repeats. It is a ligand for Notch receptor. It blocks the differentiation of progenitor cells into the B-cell lineage while promoting the emergence of a population of cells with the characteristics of a T-cell/NK-cell precursor.
