DLL1 Antibody (PA5-85819) in WB
Western blot analysis of DLL1 in mouse tissue extract using DLL1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-85819) using 50 µg of sample at a dilution of 1:100. Sample was then incubated with HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. Prior to incubation with primary antibody, the sample was separated on 7.5% SDS-PAGE.

Target Information
Delta-like protein 1 (DLL1) is a transmembrane protein characterized by epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like repeats. It is a ligand for Notch receptor. It blocks the differentiation of progenitor cells into the B-cell lineage while promoting the emergence of a population of cells with the characteristics of a T-cell/NK-cell precursor.
