DNMT1 Antibody (PA5-80557) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of DNMT1 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with DNMT1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80557, 1:1,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.

This antibody has specificity for Human DNMT1.
Target Information
This gene encodes a subunit of the augmin complex, which regulates centrosome and mitotic spindle integrity, and is necessary for the completion of cytokinesis. The encoded protein was identified by interaction with ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase 37. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
